Duncan is a director of Richmond Capital, a niche corporate advisory and proprietary investment business that has evolved from investment banking experience in the corporate finance divisions of Standard Bank and Cadiz.
Richmond Capital was established in 2009 as a niche corporate advisory and proprietary investment business.
Duncan brings 18 years of experience in corporate finance advisory services in relation to M&A, corporate restructurings, capital raising, BEE and will be assisting Capital Engine™ with ongoing business development, strategic partnerships, fundraising including assisting executive management with view to a permanent role at Capital Engine™.
